Central house with beautiful view

We enjoy living here very much and hope others can enjoy this house and place. The house is new and built in 2024. Here there is plenty of room for playing in the garden, swimming pool on the terrace and cycling in the paved courtyard. From the terrace, the boating life in and out of the fjord can be enjoyed. There is also a dining area on the terrace with a superstructure in case it rains. Here you can live a week without a car. The beach with sauna, city center and nice hiking areas are within walking distance. All in less than 15 minutes to walk. The space Entrance is on the 1st floor. There is also a side entrance with plenty of space for outerwear. On the 1st floor there is access to a large terrace from the living room. In the bedroom and basement there is a large window all the way down to the floor. Outside the basement there is a large plot. Both this site and parts of the terrace on the 1st floor have a superstructure. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for the private rental part for the permanent tenant. Guests have access to the outdoor area around the whole house. Other things to note We have small children in the house, so if it is desired we have a lot of baby equipment that can be provided. In the basement there is a separate apartment that has a permanent tenant.
