Peaceful stay for families or groups of friends in this lovely refurbished apartment on the ground floor of a house located in Plan-de-Vitrolles (05), a small village in the Hautes-Alpes between Gap and Sisteron. Spacious apartment of 125 m2 with a magnificent unobstructed view of the Durance valley and the surrounding mountains. Close to many outdoor leisure activities: Hiking, canoeing, skydiving, cycling, climbing, water activities. The space The apartment has been completely renovated to bring you maximum comfort. Large ground floor accommodation with an area of 125 m2 that can accommodate 8 people. It consists of a new equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area in the kitchen. The living / dining room: A large dining table that can accommodate 10 people, plenty of dishes, a flat screen, and free WiFi! Rooms: Bedroom 1: 1 queen size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Bedroom 3 : 1 single bed (90cm x 200cm) + 1 single bed (120cm x 185cm) Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm). The vast majority of bedding is new, sheets, pillows and duvet are provided. Bathrooms: The apartment is composed of two shower rooms and two toilets. A washing machine is available during your stay (laundry at your expense). Towels are also provided. The terrace of the accommodation is private. An outdoor table is set up as well as a barbecue to enjoy sunny days! You can access the large garden in front of the house. Accommodation in the delightful village of Vitrolles in the Hautes-Alpes. You can find a boulodrome and a City park right next to the apartment. Halfway between Gap (20min) and Sisteron (25min), ideally located to access the many nearby amenities. 10 min away: City of Tallard, Supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, Ventavon equestrian center, canoeing in the Durance, Tallard airfield. 20 min away: City of Gap, via ferrata (Orpierre), Gorges de la Méouge (swimming in a picturesque site). 40 min away: Lac de Serre Ponçon (very beautiful lake with many water activities), renowned climbing site of Ceüse.
