Located in the heart of Sierras,you’re just 20 minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort and a short drive to lakes and off roading areas. Whether you’re here to hike, swim, fish, ski, or simply relax, this cabin is your perfect base for exploring the beautiful area all year. Our house is located on a hillside, it has around 40 steps of stairs from driveway to go inside the house. The space 🏠 Cabin Features: • Sleeps up to 7 comfortably • Vaulted all-wood ceilings and large open rooms • Central heating plus a cozy wood-burning stove for winter nights • Fully equipped kitchen with brand new electric range and dishwasher • Xfinity Wi-Fi and new smart TV for entertainment • Gorgeous forest views from the cabin • Driveway fits 2–3 vehicles (4WD recommended in winter) 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Spacious bedrooms and common areas provide flexible accommodations for up to 8 🧼 Guest Access & House Info: • Full access to the entire cabin and property • Driveway is plowed in winter; guests may need to shovel steps during heavy snow • Please do not leave garbage outside – cleaning service will handle garbage and laundry • Used towels can be left in the bathroom • Please load and run dishwasher before checkout 🛡️ Security: For your safety and peace of mind, exterior surveillance cameras are installed. In case of extreme snow(over 6inchs), the car may get stuck under snow till the plow company comes(which they do routinely). 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter.
