Normandy cottage with swimming pool and garden

Beautiful authentic Norman farmhouse, tastefully renovated, with a large garden and a private outdoor swimming pool of 5m x 10m (open between May and September), in a quiet location, not overlooked, on a 7-hectare property with horses. Located 12 km from Bernay train station and less than 2 hours from Paris. This peaceful accommodation will offer a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space An authentic two-century-old house, tastefully renovated, located on a 7-hectare property where horses live (not for riding). On the ground floor, it has a fireplace area, a dining room, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with bay windows and a view of the garden, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a corner bathtub, a toilet, and three bedrooms: two with a double bed and a single bed, and one with four single beds. The private pool is open between May and September (there is no point in keeping it accessible in cold weather, especially in Normandy!). It is covered by a partially removable enclosure, which protects it from children and maintains a mild water temperature. Trampoline and ping pong table available on the property. Towels not provided. Duvets, blankets and pillows provided. Optional bed linens for €10/person to be requested before check-in, Non-smoking house. Cleaning fee of €50 if the place is left dirty or untidy. Guest access Everywhere on the property Other things to note Minimum booking of 2 nights on weekends and 6 days in July and August. Sheets and towels not provided, can be provided for €10/person on request. For a reservation for more than 10 people, please notify the owner. A security deposit of €500 may be requested (returned at the end of the stay). Charging electric cars is allowed upon prior request to the owner and will be charged €30. Any abnormal overconsumption of electricity will be charged. Optional cleaning fee of €50 or if the house is left in an unsuitable state. Even with the cleaning option, the house must be returned tidy and in a proper state of cleanliness, dishes tidy, garbage disposed of, etc.
