Operating regulations This facility is operated in accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Act. You must provide personal information, including passport information. If you do not submit it, we may refuse your stay. 3. Car use Vehicle traffic and parking around the facility are strictly prohibited. If you come by car, please use the coin parking lot in the neighborhood. Please refrain from temporary parking. 4. About noise Please refrain from noisy activities such as parties and banquets. Please be quiet after 9 pm to be considerate of neighbors. If you make noise that disturbs the neighbors, especially from night to early morning, we will charge a fine of 30,000 yen + tax. 5. About smoking All indoor areas are non-smoking. 6. Indoor manners Please take off your shoes inside. Smoking indoors and on the veranda and littering cigarette butts is strictly prohibited, and a fine of 30,000 yen + tax will be charged for violations. If the indoor equipment or furniture is damaged or soiled, you will be responsible for the repair costs and replacement purchase costs. 7. About cleaning There is no cleaning service during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning for longer stays, please consult in advance (additional fees will apply). 8. About garbage disposal Illegal dumping in the neighborhood is strictly prohibited. If you violate this, we will charge you a fine of 30,000 yen + tax. If you leave large items such as suitcases, we will charge you for disposal costs and labor + tax. 9. About exceeding the number of guests We strictly prohibit stays exceeding the number of people booked. If you exceed the number of guests without permission, we will charge you a fine of 20,000 yen per person. 10. About use at drinking parties If vomiting occurs at a drinking party, we will charge a flat 50,000 yen for the cost of cleaning up the vomit.
