The space River Breeze offers 2 Queen bedrooms with one in the front area and one in the loft upstairs is ideal for small children and not ideal for 2 couples. The open kitchen and living room concept makes gathering easy, along with a great patio to relax and take in the lake views. Just down below, you have a picnic area for grilling, walk along the boardwalk or take a dip in the LAKE!! Guest access The Entire Townhome is yours to Enjoy during your Stay. The Boardwalk, Common Areas and Grounds are shared with other Townhome Owners. Other things to note There is 1 Designated Parking Space. If you are coming in 2 vehicles, you must park the 2nd vehicle in a "guest" space. Any use of the facilities, including lake access, is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The Coast Guard recommends all children wear a life jacket when playing in or near the water. *Entergy draws down Lake Hamilton the 1st week of November and fills it the 1st week of March. The water level will be a minimum of 3 feet lower during this time.
