The space This property has 3 driveways and 2 large buildings on it - a single story, and a 2-story building. Unit 201 is located in the 2-story building and is a 2nd floor unit. The closet access point for unit 201 is through the northernmost driveway, close to the edge of the property, near the trees. Near the road end of the building is the entry door with a sign by it that reads "Unit 201 Air Bnb." Parking is anywhere there is space in the strip along the grass near the edge of the property. Guest access Access to the unit is by way of an indoor stairwell of 14?? steps, which are moderately steep. An exterior sign by the first floor entry door will show you which door to enter to access the stairs. In the hallway at the top of the stairs, you will readily see the marked door for unit 201. Parking is anywhere there is space available along the grass strip near the entry door. Other things to note Feel free to use the private balcony attached to your unit. This balcony does connect to a balcony for another unit; however, there is privacy lattice separating the two spaces. Feel free to use the large dumpster on the premises, between the buildings, for any trash you accumulate. There is a washer and dryer available in the building near the unit, for guest use, upon request and for no additional cost. We believe you will enjoy your stay!
