Welcome to our bright and open apartment on two floors with its own entrance and driveway. The apartment is within walking distance of shops and popular restaurants in central Ljusdal. The proximity to central Ljusdal with its wide range of activities and Järvsö with skiing and cycling makes the location the very best. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower. The space The apartment is distributed on two floors. The tenant has their own driveway with space for parking cars. In the garden, there is a patio with furniture that the tenant can use. On the entrance floor is a bedroom with a double bed 180 cm with a full mattress. On the same floor, there is a smaller bathroom with toilet and shower with older standard. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen with full fridge and freezer. The kitchen has an open, bright floor plan with dining room and living room. In the living room, there is a TV with access to several channels. Adjacent to the kitchen area, there is also a smaller balcony with morning sun. From the kitchen, you then enter the apartment's second bedroom with a double bed 180 cm with a full mattress. Directly next to the bedroom is the newly renovated bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a washing machine. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire apartment and patio at the front of the house. The patio at the back of the house is completely occupied by a permanent tenant and is not available. Other things to note We expect the guest to bring their own bed linens and towels. It is also possible to book bed linens and towels for SEK 100/person/stay. Paid by Swish. Cleaning is done by the guest but can be booked for SEK 700. Paid by Swish.
