Welcome to our cosy house in the Audomarois countryside, ideally located for exploring the region, close to the main roads and towns, 5 minutes from the A26. An 80m2 accommodation on a 900m2 plot that is fully fenced. Enjoy the pergola with a pleasant view of the Bois des Bruyères for relaxing evenings outdoors. You also have access to the flower garden and aromatic plants. There is a large car park in front of the house where you can park easily. The space entrance with a cloakroom cupboard, open-plan fitted kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine and classic coffee maker), dining area with a table for 6 people, and a lounge area with a TV and Wi-Fi. One bedroom with 1 bed 140X190. A bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x190 . Bedding is new. Sheets, towels, tea towels, a sponge and soap are provided. A foldable crib (umbrella) is available upon request . bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub; separate toilet. The land with a strawberry field and a flower garden at the back of the house is fenced. A small garage adjoining the house allows you to store your motorbike, bikes and pushchair in complete safety. A washing machine is available with the consent of the owner . Guest access Entire accommodation at your disposal except for one room reserved for the owner (locked access) Other things to note Raclette machine, pancake maker, a stone grill, board games, books available. Outside, a compost bin will take your waste, and a vegetable garden with aromatic plants can enhance your meals.
