The Space: This a quiet 1 bedroom with a shared full bathroom, and living room. It is 10.5 feet wide and 11.5 feet long. There is a washer and dryer guests are encouraged to use. The bedroom is attached to a 3 bedroom house which is occupied by family members( 2 people total). Guests enjoy access through the front door and plenty of parking available on the premises. The shared areas are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. They include the living room, patio, and kitchen. THE HOUSE The inside living area is 1700 square feet. The entire driveway is designated just for guest parking. Exterior security cameras provide monitoring of vehicles. WIFI / INTERNET Enjoy 233 Mbps of Wifi speed.
