Apartment with sun balcony for 4 people The space Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The cozy balcony with garden furniture is the highlight of the apartment. The kitchen-living room not only impresses with the inviting dining area and the living area with a cozy sofa and TV, also the fully equipped kitchen block with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, dishes and cutlery offers you the opportunity to let your cooking skills run free. Table and kitchen linen is provided. The first bedroom has a French double bed. The second bedroom features a bunk bed. This will allow you to have a good night's sleep The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the overall picture of the property. Hand and bath towels are ready for you. Bedding is also available. Free WiFi is available on site. Our cottage is located on the western outskirts of Muhr am See, directly on the Altmühl and near the lake ( about 10 minutes walk). In-house parking, garage for bicycles, large garden with sunbathing area, barbecue, playground and table tennis. The very well equipped, self-contained apartments with balcony on the 1st floor have tiled floors, sat.-TV, coffee machines, toaster, microwave, cot and high chair, central heating and free WiFi. These are non-smoking apartments, pets are not allowed. Have fun in the new Franconian Lake District!
