The apartments in this rental complex: La Vigna: Has a large terrace perfect for setting up a long table for pleasant meals in typical Italian, rustic style. Dolcetto: Ground level, with direct exit to garden, kitchenette and small living room in one. These two apartments have a shared entrance with separate, lockable doors to each of the apartments. With a total of 4 bedrooms (with the possibility to book an extra bed for 1 extra person in a separate bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. ~ Practical information ~ La Villa d'Amis is located in Calamandrana Alta in Piedmont, with wide views of the rolling wine landscape of Monferrato. Welcome to our guesthouse with 4 apartments, 3 of which are rental apartments. Accommodates 16 guests at full rental. The Dolcetto and La Vigna apartments share a common entrance with separate lockable doors in the hallway. The Barbera apartment has its own entrance. Enjoy the Italian countryside in the apartment which has a panoramic balcony, large private terrace with exit straight out into the vineyards and close to accessibility to the pool. Lovely sunrises! Parking for a maximum of 2 cars is included with this rental package. There are many outdoor areas, and you can choose to sit on the grass terrace or use one of the many patios around the house. The pool is an "above ground" pool, and is open from 01.05-01.10 The pool (732 × 366 × 132 cm), perfect for cooling off on warm days. Distances by car – Calamandrana Basso: 2–3 minutes (bar/café, baker, butcher, small grocery store, pizzeria, pharmacy) – Saturday market in the square of Calamandrana – Nice Monferrato: 6–8 minutes – Canelli: 8–10 minutes – Asti: approx. 20 minutes – Alba: approx. 25 minutes Car is recommended due to steep road up to the village. E-bike works great for active guests. The place is therefore best suited for adults and families with older children. Grapes: Barbera d 'Asti and Dolcetto Autumn - End of September/early October Table grapes: Moscato - to be harvested in August/September Fruit: Cherry, field strawberries, peach, plums, apricot, figs, apples and kiwi. In these two apartments there is a private terrace and balcony in one and exit to the garden from the kitchen in the other. In the "garage" you will find a long table where you can enjoy meals and late evenings with wine and good conversations. This area is common Other things to note The host at La Villa d 'Amis - Anita is a passionate and dedicated host who wants to give her guests a unique and unforgettable experience. In July 2022, she bought this beautiful house right in the heart of the Piedmont region and has since refurbished and made it a comfortable and cozy guest house. She has put a lot of time and effort into making every corner of the house special and personal, and goes out of her way to make sure guests feel at home. Anita loves to share her knowledge of the area and give recommendations on the best places to visit, eat and drink. She is always available to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Anita is happy to book wine tastings directly with the small producers for you, so you are assured an open door and a wine tasting only a real wine farmer can give you! The dog Tro lives with her.
