Other things to note We allow one small/medium house trained dog to stay in the property but we kindly ask that dogs don't go onto the soft furnishings as the cleaner's struggle to get the hair off. Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set. Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean. There is also a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest. For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
