GITE FOR 4 PEOPLE WITH INFRARED SAUNA, BILLIARDS, PING-PONG, TABLE FOOTBALL.... JUST FOR YOU!! Accessible all year round. No jacuzzi! Not forgetting my small animal park (goats, ponies, donkeys, wallabies, chickens, rabbits.....). Only 12 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and 25 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, etc. Arrival between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., departure before 10:30 a.m. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and the living room with a leather sofa and armchair. Upstairs, two bedrooms with queen-size beds for your comfort (beds made upon arrival and included in the price), a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower (shower and hand towels provided). - Outdoor space with a private courtyard, terrace, barbecue, and lawn. - The infrared sauna cabin (3/4 people), the ping-pong table, the billiards table, and the foosball table are housed in a former stable left in its natural state (old stones) in memory of my parents' business 😉.
