This house is located in the heart of a very welcoming village. The charm of this house is not only apparent, it will seduce you and lead you to relaxation for a break in your daily life. At your disposal you will find: a very nice mezzanine bedroom with pretty exposed beams to cradle your dreams as well as a living room and bathroom on the ground floor. The terrace, petanque court, garden, parking and bicycles are reserved for you. The space Dear guests, We will ask you to respect two things during your stay: enjoy and relax! You will discover an incredible part of the Gers: Lomagne. In this area you can visit beautiful bastides, go on oxygenating hikes and discover an exceptional cultural and gastronomic heritage! You will only have one word in your mouth when you leave: Come back!! Regarding the accommodation: The house can accommodate 4 guests, it has a bed, a sofa bed and a baby bed. Linens are provided except for the crib sheets. Household necessities as well as a washing machine and laundry facilities are available. You will have internet access via Wi-Fi. The house is air-conditioned. Outside you will find relaxing garden furniture, a table and chairs, a barbecue, a petanque court and a plancha. We provide you with two adult bikes (not helmets). Guests can park their vehicle in their private and closed parking lot. If necessary, you have an electric charging station 100 meters away. The garden is also private and fenced. We welcome your dog with great pleasure, but in no case is it our responsibility to keep him company and to have to reassure him when you leave. Your pet should not be left alone in the garden or inside the house for long hours. It will be in an unknown place that can panic it. Despite my goodwill, I am not a substitute for a petsitter or a kennel. This house can also become your professional residence. On a business trip for a few days or weeks away from home, you can carry out your activity serenely in the area and return to rest in this little cocoon as if you were at home!
