In the heart of a quiet, secure 15-hectare Normandy Estate located in Marcilly-sur-Eure, we welcome you during your short or long stays. The space Welcome to your mobile home that sleeps up to 4 people. Composed of 2 bedrooms, a warm and spacious living space. It will offer you a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. At the heart of your accommodation, a large comfortable sofa, a friendly table and a kitchen in a fully equipped and functional space. A fully enclosed plot and terrace are at your disposal. You can enjoy a relaxing outdoor area halfway between the sun and the natural shade of the surrounding vegetation. For your comfort, towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. Also, for peaceful nights, all of our rooms are equipped with roller shutters. On site and to complete the stay of young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and ping-pong tables are at your disposal. Not to mention the possibility, from APRIL to OCTOBER, to spend good times in an indoor heated swimming pool. A fitness room, open year-round, is also available to guests. For nature lovers, we have large forest areas nearby. On foot, by bike or rollerblading, the Voie Verte de la Vallée de l'Eure offers a 28-kilometer country route between St Georges Motel and Breuilpont. 15 minutes from the national 12 and ideally located 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Rouen metropolis, the town of Marcilly sur Eure is equipped with local services such as bakery, hairdresser, florist, FDJ tobacco bar, pharmacy, health professionals, Proxi or even itinerant shops. It will take you just 15 minutes to find the first large supermarket. In 2025, a local Carrefour will be established in the town.
