Comfortable and very cozy refuge-type apartment in La Parva. Duplex with an excellent location just steps from ski slopes and the small village with restaurants and shops. Very well decorated, with spacious bedrooms and a large terrace with a clear view. Maximum capacity of 12 people: Starlink antenna, dishwasher, grill, fireplace and central heating. Note: dining room table can accommodate up to 8 people. The space Detail of the shelter and distribution of bedrooms: Floor 1: Living room, dining room and kitchen in common space with a fireplace. Large terrace with unobstructed views and barbecue grill. Master bedroom with double bed, en suite with full bathroom. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: Large bedroom with 1 single bed, a single bunk bed and a trundle bed. Full bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. Floor 2: Bedroom 4: 2 single beds plus two trundle beds. (In the current photo you can only see one bed + trundle bed, but there are two identical beds with their respective trundle beds below, capacity 4 people) En-suite full bathroom.
