Indoor pool, spa, and billard!

Large house (330 sqm.) with indoor pool, spa, fitness equipment, billiards, darts, piano (only for guests who can actually play the piano!), board games, 4 bedrooms (eight adults and four children), fantastic views and only 15 minutes walk from the center and marina. 15 minutes drive to really good beach. Amazing views down over the city and its many trees! The space Really a lot of space, with an indoor pool and spa. The view down over the green city is breathtaking. A lovely enclosed garden with two terraces, one with a gazebo, the other with a gas heater. 150 sqm. living room with two dining tables and two sofa groups, grand piano, poker table, 55" plasma screen with sound system (chromecast) and additional screens/chromecast in three rooms. Four bedrooms. Optimal for 4-8 adults and 2-4 children/teenagers. Guest access The entire place is yours! (: Other things to note The water in the Spa bath is changed after each visit, thoroughly cleaned and filled with fresh water. Special attention is paid to the hygiene in the pool and in general throughout the house. Tech/filter for the pool is brand new! The pool is heated to 26-27 degrees on arrival, and drops about one degree celcius every other day. So it's about 23 degrees after six days.
