Beach access runs parallel to the property, making it easy to walk onto the beach. The space Welcome to Latitude Lund — a unique, bright retreat perched above the water, offering stunning views of the ocean and nearby Savary Island. The upper floor features an open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, all designed to take in the panoramic views. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening indoors, the ever-changing coastal scenery provides a breathtaking backdrop. Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. * Please note: The lower suite of the house is occupied by my dad, who lives there full-time. His space is entirely self-contained with a private entrance. You’ll have exclusive use of the upper floors, and your privacy is fully respected. He’s quiet, friendly, and happy to share local tips if you’re looking for recommendations! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire upper unit, which spans two floors. This private space includes a spacious, open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable king bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Between the two bedrooms, there is a bright studio space that guests are welcome to pass through to access the deck. While the studio is currently not in active use, it’s part of the home’s creative spirit. Soon, it will be available for guest use, with optional private pottery lessons offered onsite — a unique and hands-on way to further enjoy your time in Lund. Feel free to wander the property and make your way down to the beach — it’s a beautiful spot to explore and unwind. Just a friendly reminder to be mindful of my father’s private suite on the lower level. His space has a separate entrance, and your privacy will always be respected.
