With steps down to two of them and a sloped gravel path down to the other, each lodge has two double/twin bedrooms, two shower/WC rooms (one en-suite in the smaller bedroom), fully-equipped kitchens with dishwasher, WiFi, large-screen TV and stunning glass doors providing you with ever-changing seasonal views to the South across the river Tees. And right outside, there's the riverside path for that first thing in the morning, or last thing at night, walk with the dog. To the side of each lodge is a discreet hot tub, placed to keep you private from your neighbours, where you can lie back and stare at the stars in the dark rural skies, or watch the river glide by. And behind each lodge there's parking for two cars, just a few metres walk from the decking. Guest access The whole lodge, apart from a plant room, is for use by guests, including the spacious deck. It's worth noting that, due to the topography of the river bank, the site is on a slope and that access to each lodge from the parking area is either down steps or, for one lodge, down a sloped gravel path.
