The Orchard Farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, 10 minutes from the sea: Arradon, Baden, Auray and the pier for the Île aux Moines. But also 20 minutes from the beaches of Carnac and the center of Vannes. The house has just been completely renovated (2024) and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, and a sauna on a total area of 200 m2. Quietly located, it is an ideal place to spend a relaxing time with family or friends with the 5000 m2 wooded park. The space Our farmhouse retains its character with its stones, adding a contemporary touch. It has a living room of more than 50 m² ideal for convivial moments with family or friends. The ground floor provides access to a sauna that also has a relaxation area through a large entrance offering a foosball table, a wardrobe, a toilet and a laundry room. The floor is accessed by a wide staircase overlooking a large bright room where you can leave the choice to any relaxing activity. On the part adjoining this room you can enjoy two bedrooms with a bathroom adjoining, one with a shower and the second a bathtub with a sink in each. Both bedrooms are equipped with 140*200 beds as well as two storage cabinets. At the top of the stairs you will access a large hallway with three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. The hallway provides access to two bedrooms with a double bed of 140*200 and leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and offering the possibility of being able to work if necessary or to put a baby bed. Other things to note All rooms have a light point and the sleeping rooms all have blackout blinds. The bedding is new and of high quality, equipped with duvets and pillows. Linens and towels are provided. Equipped with fiber optic, the accommodation can also accommodate remote working. Please don't hesitate to let us know. A coffee bean machine is available, which will allow you to choose espresso or americano, as well as a traditional kettle. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher, toaster and raclette. A large wooden terrace at the foot of olive and palm trees allows you to spend moments of conviviality around the barbecue without any neighbors. The location is ideal to enjoy access to the expressway in less than 10 minutes, which allows you to choose your destination to the gulf 10 minutes away, Vannes center 15 minutes away, the port of Saint Goustan d'Auray 15 minutes away, but also 30 minutes from Sarzeau and Damgan, 20 minutes from Carnac, the entrance to the bay of Quiberon and 30 minutes from the surf beaches of the bay of Erdeven. You can also discover the golf course of Baden (15 minutes). 5 minutes away you also have all the amenities of everyday life.
