This charming cottage on Lake Wapogasset in Amery, WI is only an hour from the Twin Cities. It's a perfect place to relax with family & friends and enjoy all the fun lake life offers. With an acre flat lot and 120 feet of shoreline, it's perfect for yard games and watching the sunset set. You'll find plenty of seating around the fire pit or enjoy dinner at the picnic table near the lake. There is a gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, dock, and kayaks for your enjoyment. Permit#2025-0251 The space This family retreat has a open floor plan with a connected family room, kitchen, and dining area. It’s the perfect place to bond and relax with your family and friends while playing games or enjoying a movie. There is an owner's bedroom with queen bed and attached newly renovated owner’s bathroom with full walk-in shower. There is a large bunk room with 3 queen beds and 1 twin XL bed. The bunk room has a small refrigerator, sink, and walk in closet as well as a window seat and desk and game cabinet. There is a bathroom with shower just outside the bunk room. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and large sink. Central heating and air-conditioning make this cottage cozy during any season. Included with your amenities are all the basic appliances: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric griddle, crock pots, bedding, towels, and fully stocked kitchen pots, pans, utensils, dishes, mixing bowls, serving plates/trays, are also available. Lake Wapogasset, which is connected to Bear Trap Lake, are two of the city’s premier lakes. There is a restaurant and marina on Lake Wapogasset as well as a fishing pier and playground. The Amery Golf Course and Driving Range is just 8 minutes from the cottage. There are also several restaurants, bars, antique and art shops, hiking trails, beautiful parks, pickle ball courts, live music at several venues, and the convenience of grocery stores and gas stations – all just a few minutes away. Amery has a Municipal Airport. We are 20 minutes from Trollhaugen where you can ski, snow tube or enjoy live music in the chalet. Trollhaugen also offers summer zip lining and other summer outdoor adventure activities. A Guest Book with detailed information regarding the property will be provided upon your arrival.
