This spacious apartment on the first floor of this typical Umbrian farmhouse has all the comforts. The living room with open kitchen can be heated by a pellet stove in the colder periods. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. However, this can also be changed to three single beds. In the spacious garden, there is a garden set that belongs to the apartment. Guest access There is a common area (bar) where you can enjoy a drink and where books and games can be found. There is a large garden with olive grove and swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols Other things to note Breakfast is optional and costs 12.50 per person per day (children up to 10 years 7.50 per day) Breakfast is brought to the apartment. A shared washing machine and dryer can be used (for a fee). The space can be heated by means of a pellet stove. The pellet consumption will be settled afterwards.
