The accommodation is 15 minutes from the Loudéac velodrome. The space The house is located 500 m from the village of Uzel (supermarket, hairdresser, decoration/furniture store, bank) and 2 km from the Berlouze shopping area (hairdresser, bar, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, garage, florist/gift/grocery store, greengrocer/local products). You will be facing nature and close to all amenities. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a 2nd bedroom open to the living room with a sofa bed offering another bed (closing with a blackout curtain). The kitchen is equipped with a hob, combination oven, filter coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 toaster,... The bathroom is equipped with a large shower with shampoo and soap. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are available to you. You will enjoy meals on the terrace: garden furniture, covered and illuminated terrace. For motorcycle travelers, we can offer secure access to our garage near the property. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and are autonomous to access the apartment via a key box.
