The Little Washhouse

The Little Washhouse is a beautifully-restored washhouse dating back over a hundred years. Hidden away, at the rear of High Meadow House, in the rural village of Cononley, this pretty stone cottage is an idyllic retreat for two and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and only minutes into the Yorkshire Dales. There are many beautiful walks in the village, along the river and canal. It also has two pubs and a village shop along with a train station linking it to Skipton and the Dales. The space The Little Washhouse is a small cottage which has recently undergone refurbishment .It has one room downstairs with a small kitchen and lounge area with feature fireplace and stone windowsills and one en suite bedroom upstairs with a comfortable double bed. Guest access During your stay, you have sole use of the Little Washhouse and the little garden, outside table and chairs. there is a little footpath which runs alongside the garden and although a public footpath, it is rarely used making the space quite private.
