On the first floor, rooms 1, 2 and 3 are equipped with a queen bed and two single beds in each. On the second floor, rooms 4, 5 and 6 have a king size bed and a single bed in each, providing comfort and space for up to 6 people per floor. The social area includes a dining room, a comfortable living room and a terrace with a panoramic view to enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a storage room, a laundry room, and a service room and bathroom, which has 4 single beds for staff or additional guests. For rest and fun, the pool area offers a swimming pool, a heated Jacuzzi, an area with sun loungers, and an outdoor room under the trees where you can relax. There is also an additional room near the BBQ, ideal for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends. The garden and parking lots are available for added convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and its amenities. The price you see on Airbnb is for up to 16 guests*. There is an additional charge of $35 per person per night for 16 guests* up to a maximum of 21 people. Pets cost $50 once each, maximum 2 pets. Our hosts, experts in the area, will give you personalized attention and help you organize whatever you need. *Airbnb considers anyone over the age of 2 to be a guest Other things to note Service personnel are NOT included in the reservation and are NOT optional! If the group is more than 8 guests or more than 3 rooms are used, you will have to hire two employees. If your group is more than 16 people, a third service person will be necessary. They charge $100,000 per day, they will keep the house impeccable and they cook delicious food! Employees' charge covers their work by attending to you during your stay and you pay them directly before leaving. You are expected to take your own market. It is a custom in our country that employees wont bring their own food and eat what they prepare so don't forget to bring enough for them too. PARTIES OR NOISY EVENTS are not ALLOWED, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan to party we can recommend another place. NO MUSIC OR NO NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 11PM! The condominium has a dedicated staff to comply with these rules and FINES apply for violation of various minimum wages that may be deducted from your security deposit. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
