Welcome to Kraichgau! We have created a place where you can experience relaxation, inspiration and unforgettable moments. Whether with family, friends, as a group or team – our listed farmhouse combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort and invites you to spend time together. DenkMal Auszeit can accommodate 9 people, spread over two separate, fully equipped apartments. For the little ones, we are happy to provide a crib, highchair and changing mat. The space DenkMal Auszeit - a listed farmhouse all to yourself. It consists of two apartments completely renovated in 2024, which you can rent together. The apartments are generously equipped, so that even 9 people can sit comfortably together in the larger of the two apartments. In the following, we describe the two apartments separately in detail. The Kleine Auszeit The center of the approx. 65 sqm apartment is the living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. As in grandma's time, life takes place where cooking takes place. There is also a couch and a comfortable armchair that can be converted into a sleeping area. So even if the three of you arrive, you will still have a comfortable place to sit. A TV with Magenta TV and Netflix provide that extra something. Does one of you have to work during the stay? A workstation with a height-adjustable desk is located in the bedroom, so the other guests can enjoy the living area. The bathroom is conveniently divided into two parts. While one person uses the spacious, floor-level shower or toilet, another can use the sink and the huge mirror undisturbed. The Big Break The heart of the 120 sqm, two-story apartment is the large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining table. Here you will find space for cozy rounds with a glass of wine, stimulating conversations or creative work. A separate living room with a very special historical flair offers additional space for retreats, small meetings or creative workshops. There you will find a projector with TV and Netflix option as well as a height-adjustable desk. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A baby cot is available upon request. There is a bathroom with shower on one floor and another toilet on the other. The bathroom is conveniently divided into two parts. While one person uses the spacious, floor-level shower or toilet, another can use the sink and huge mirror undisturbed. In the shower/toilet area there is also a mirror for more comfort. Guest access Our house consists of two apartments: the Kleine Auszeit and the Große Auszeit. The Kleine is on the ground floor, the Große extends over the two floors above. The entrance to the house is the same for both apartments. The Kleine Auszeit is accessible via three steps in the entrance area. Other things to note Please let us know about your check-in. We would love to welcome you personally. Sometimes the timing doesn't work, then we leave a key and then stop by your place.
