Welcome to our basement studio! Our beautifully remodeled guest studio is perfect for those traveling to Utah to visit family, friends, attending a special event, or just popping through on their way to their final destination! With your own entrance you’ll have privacy in your own space that includes a luxurious queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, all kitchen essentials and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Every detail is meant to make your stay comfortable and be a home away from home! The space This is a basement studio located basement level in a main 6/4 rambler home. Has natural light with 2 windows. Has its own heating and cooling system, private entrance, comfortable bedding, games, and more. You’re so close to so many amenities in Spanish Fork and beyond! Our property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by tree lined streets, parks, and trails close by! You will pull in to your dedicated parking space in the driveway just in front of the steps down to your studio. If you have two cars just let us know there’s plenty of room! There are lights if you arrive in the evening and your own keypad for ease of going in and out. Our space comfortably sleeps 4 including the sleeper sofa. The dining area consists of a large island with storage and 4 bar stools so one can be comfy at the island while the other does all the cooking! Or better yet get food delivered or take out from any of the below and create a super easy and fun evening! Games and More: *Board games, card games, and more are located in the storage cabinets of the island There is corn hole, a basketball court, trampoline, outdoor kitchen and hot tub out back should you prefer to add those on to your stay! Also the tonal has been moved out of this location but it’s in our backyard space. If interested in using reach out anytime to rent! For more active fun and games there are pickleball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds all around our area! Reach out regarding our 2 E-bikes to get you there a fun way! There are also fishing spots all around us so if any needs for that let us know too. We also have an inflatable kayak and two inflatable paddleboards. Shopping: Within 5 miles to Costco, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ulta, 5 Below, Famous Foot ware, Ross, Poppy’s bookstore and more! Provo town center, university mall, The Riverwoods are just a 15-20 min ride as well! Restaurants: Within 5 miles to Chik Fil A, McDs, Wendy’s, Chipotle, Panda Express, In and Out, R&R bbq, Zao, Starbucks, Costa Vida, J-Dawgs, Bowls Superfoods, Black Rifle, Joes coffee shop, Zupas, Cubby’s, and so much more! Golf, fishing, hiking: Hobble Creek Golf and Spanish Oaks is so close. Tons of reservoirs within 5 miles for fishing or outdoor water sports/relaxing Tons of trails and hiking - one of our favorites being the Spanish Fork River Trail. The sports park near the river trail is also wonderful for pickleball and tennis lovers, baseball fans, and playground for kids. Entertainment: Cinemark movie theater, coin crazy for bowling, kidstopia, the hive trampoline park are just a few near us. Other things to note Very close to parks and trails! scooters and bikes available. Shopping, groceries, movies, and entertainment are within a 5-7 minute drive. We also have cars for rent!
