Spacious Private Room

The house is fully renovated and furnished to bring you a comfortable stay after a long day. Located at the junction between Kettering, Centerville and Beavercreek, the house is 5 mins from Cosco, 6 mins from The Green Mall, 6 mins from Miami Valley Hospital South, 15 mins from Airforce base, and 15 mins from downtown Dayton. There are lots of restaurants for both Asian and Western cuisines near the house and at the Green Mall, close access to many entertainment and workplaces. The space This is a single house with three levels - the basement, the ground floor and the up-stair. The completed basement has spacious living area with a full bathroom and laundry room where you could access washer and dryer. You will step in the ground floor designed as an open-space where you could find kitchen and living room together in one big area. My full kitchen has all appliances and 5 burner flat-top stove, pots/pans and everything you need to cook in the cabinets. The dinner table as well as kitchen island allow plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meals. Taking couple steps up at the stair next to the main entrance, you could reach up-stair bedrooms and shared bathroom where you could laydown and enjoy your own cozy, peaceful and spacious corner for your own-self. Guest access In each room, there are a comfortable queen bed and a small table where you could work on your project or study. Beside your own private room, guests are welcomed to all common areas like kitchen, living room, laundry room in the basement, and full bathrooms in both up-stair and basement. Guests could park their car at the drive way and along the street. During your stay During the stay, feel free to give us a text via the app/ direct call when you need any more info or help. Other things to note We have a bengal cat. She spend her time to her own and is not allowed to step in guest rooms. We try to keep the house clean, but it's better to consider if you have any allergy reaction to cat. We're from asian culture so it's nice to keep your shoes at the hall way to keep all the dirt/germ from the outside.
