The home sleeps 12 and features a studio/apartment with its own entry. Nature is abundant and you can see a wide variety of Florida wildlife from the deck & patio or while paddling the kayaks. The space The indoor space consists of 3 bedrooms and an attached studio apartment (4th bedroom) that can be closed off to the rest of the house. The main house has a well equipped kitchen, living room area- with flat screen LG TV, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attached screen patio and deck with ample seating. Bedroom #1- Master Bedroom-- sleeps 3. Includes a king size bed and a twin size bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached and a sliding glass door for entry to the back deck. Bedroom #2-- sleeps 2. Queen size bed. Bedroom #3- Bunk Room--sleeps 4. 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. (Bunk bed max. capacity is 200 pounds. The apartment- (Bedroom 4)- - sleeps 3. Includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Attached bathroom. Dining area. Living room area. Flat screen LG TV. Separate entrance. Can be closed off to the rest of home. The outdoor spaces include a screened in porch, back covered deck, concrete sidewalk that leads to the dock and lake access to the small lake, lake access to the large lake, covered grill area, fire pit, and plenty of open field and wooded area to explore. The small lake swimming area has a dock, and sun deck sitting area that also offers some shade. There is a sandy beach area at the entry of the lake. This lake is smaller and a little quieter than the large lake. The large lake is also suitable for swimming. It has a grassy entry area and no dock. There is easy entry for launching the kayaks, if you'd like to explore the larger lake. The house is equipped with a Generac generator. If the power should happen to go out during your stay, the Generac with immediately kick on and power will be restored to the entire house. Guest access Guests have access to the main house, the apartment studio, the screen patio, deck, dock with lake access on small lake, lake access on the big lake, and field area. Other things to note This is our home, that we love and care for very much. Please only book if you are intending to care for it as your own. There are absolutely NO parties allowed at Oak Hammock Point.
