This house is ideal for nature lovers and families looking for a cozy retreat. With three bedrooms spread over two floors, the house offers an invitation to rest, in a quiet enclave surrounded by the beauty of the landscape. The simple design and the prominence of the wood give the house great warmth, while its windows connect it with the outside, flooding it with natural light and impressive views of the reservoir. A visual spectacle. The space The house is a two-story wooden building with its own garden, which was designed with rest in mind. The warm and cozy rooms offer all the necessary bedding to provide a pleasant rest, as well as storage space (chests of drawers, wardrobes, etc.). On the ground floor is the master bedroom, with a double bed, while on the upper floor are two other bedrooms with attic ceilings of a generous height, which provides that feeling of warmth that we often seek in a mountain retreat. The first of the bedrooms on the upper floor has a double bed, while the remaining one has three single beds: two normal beds and one Montessori-style bed, thinking about the independence of the youngest members of the household (railings are available, if necessary). There is a full bathroom downstairs and a toilet upstairs. In addition, in the rooms you will find everything you need for your stay (towels, hairdryer, soap, etc.). In the dining room, you will find a selection of hobbies, as well as a projector that you can use with your favorite mobile or device. If you visit us in winter, you can also use the fireplace. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, and multiple cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses that will be at your disposal. In case of longer stays, we would make the use of the washing machine available to you, which is also on the property (on request). In addition, in the garden you will find a table and chairs, as well as a hammock so you can get the most out of its almost 2000 m2 and its views. El Rasillo is a traditional Camerano village, where you will find the necessary services for a comfortable stay and a reference point in the tourist landscape of the area, with various leisure services such as, for example, the yacht club, where you can rent canoes, pedal boats, kayaks, etc. or simply enjoy a beautiful indoor beach.
