This spacious130 sqm new apartment is on the upper floor of an ecological wooden house. In this expansion, care was also taken to use natural materials, to minimize electrosmog and radio loads. Powerful Internet (wi-fi ) also available for home office. This apartment consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for occupancy of 5 people. A gazebo in the garden and the swimming pond offer all the possibilities for relaxation in good weather. Sauna available The space The current situation will take stricter cleaning precautions. This apartment is therefore ideal for a holiday at home (home office possible ) and families. Guest access The apartment is on the upper floor of my house with separate entrance area as well as use of the outdoor area. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for guests who need complete darkening of the rooms and sleeping areas due to roller shutters. Wi-Fi cables as well as the associated connections in each bedroom are provided. Wifi is only possible on the balcony, as the construction of the apartment was carried out from an ecological point of view ( low radiation living spaces ).
