The Sanctuary with hot tub & pool

There are cozy corners everywhere you look to enjoy on your overnight getaway! Or, if you wish to rent just the pool & yard for photo shoots, small events or to have a quiet day by the pool, it is available on a half day & daily basis - please inquire for rates! The pool is open as a cold plunge pool this winter. In-house spa treatments available upon request. A workout area and a family games area will provide fun for all. The space The property sits on an acre of whimsical beauty. Walk the path around the gardens or relax in the gazebo and swing! Overlook the ponds of this peaceful sanctuary from the gazebo or fire-pit, while you relish in the sounds of nature. Swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub for a truly relaxing experience. In the upper level of the house you will find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the kitchen & living area. A wrap-around deck covers three sides of the house. Downstairs you will find a pellet stove to cozy up next to in the large living room that is set up for entertainment with comfortable couches, a tv, games and a workout area. There are two more bedrooms and a spare mattress that can be set up in the living room for extra sleeping space, a full bathroom and a laundry room. Other things to note Hot Tub & Pool Use Policy We are pleased to offer the hot tub and pool for your enjoyment and ask that all guests use it responsibly. Please shower before entering the water. Oils, lotions and similar products should not be used prior to using the hot tub. Food and glass items are not permitted in or around the hot tub or pool. If the water requires draining, cleaning and refilling due to excessive dirtiness resulting from guest use, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied for the hot tub and $500 for the pool.
