This stylish, custom-built studio features: A plush queen bed and a cozy futon, offering restful sleep for up to three guests A “light” kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker—great for simple, home-style meals and morning coffee (please note: there is no traditional stove or oven) Central air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus an additional portable AC unit dedicated just for you Enjoy total privacy with your own entrance, conveniently located on the side of the house right off the driveway. The studio is completely smoke-free and pet-free, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment throughout your stay. During your visit, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire studio space. Please note: The guest house shares a wall with the main house bedroom, but is otherwise fully private. Whether you’re here for a romantic weekend, a business trip, or a peaceful escape, our custom-built studio is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. Guest access Please park on the side of driveway against the 1 car garage, next to the building, and walk directly to the side unit B. No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock. House Rules: No party, no music/noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Violations will be reported to Airbnb to block future bookings, with a fine of $300.
