Kingdom of Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy your private area for sunset aperitifs. And share with the other guests the large common areas of the farmhouse: terraces, gardens and relaxing corners from which to admire the volcanic landscape. Guest access Your arrival at the Casale: Flexible check-in: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are available to agree on different times (late check-in) upon prior and agreed request. In-person welcome: We will be there to welcome you in person to show you the apartment, the common areas and give you the first directions. Human contact is important to us. Basic travel directions: Navigator: Use the exact address we will provide after booking. The last stretch: Access to the farmhouse is via a dirt road (about 15 meters). It can be driven with any car. Parking: You can park for free in a reserved area at the entrance to the property. Tip: Please give us a heads-up about your estimated arrival time on the same day, so we will be sure to be ready to welcome you in the best possible way. Other things to note For a peaceful and safe stay: Pets: We are animal lovers! Your four-legged friends are welcome upon request and with a cleaning supplement of €10.00 per day. We only ask that you respect the rules of common behavior. Events and parties: The farmhouse is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Events, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking: For the safety and comfort of all, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in private outdoor spaces, taking care to dispose of the butts in the appropriate ashtrays. Separate collection: We are in a natural area and respect the environment. We will kindly ask you to follow the simple rules for separate collection that we will explain to you upon arrival. Safety: The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. Please familiarize yourself with the escape routes indicated on the accommodation map. Respect for neighbors and other guests: Outdoor spaces are partly shared. We ask that you keep your voice and device volume quiet, especially after 10:00 p.m. Energy consumption: Help us respect the environment and rural tradition by turning off the lights and air conditioning when you leave.
