Archipelago cottage close to nature & sea

Affordable accommodation for up to 9 people in summer (May 1 - September 1), 5 people in winter, in beautiful Värmdö in the Stockholm Archipelago! Our faluröda guesthouse is located at the edge of our plot with forest just around the corner. The popular Grisslinge saltwater swimming area is about a 15-minute walk away. Convenient location 5-7 min walk from several shops, restaurants as well as buses that take you further out in the Stockholm archipelago as well as to Stockholm C in about 30 minutes. We also offer hot tub access with extra charge! The space Large cabin: Bedroom with two 90 beds that stand together but can easily be shared. A bed armchair, Floor area is available for air mattress or baby travel cot if you want to bring it. A sofa bed with two more sleeping places is available in the livingroom/kitchen. Toilet with sink, shower and small washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with table and 5 chairs (additional table and 2 chairs are in the small cottage), sofa bed and coffee table, and fireplace for cozy fires (more wood is outdoors). Outdoor: Outdoor furniture (table + 4 chairs), parasol and charcoal grill on the terrace. There is also a picnic table outside the terrace. The Little Cottage: 2 bunk beds, sink, radiators. (Non-insulated cottage, not for use in winter 9/1-5/1) A total of 9 beds divided into the two cabins, of which 4 are in the small uninsulated cabin and which can not be used in winter. Linen and towels available to hire. 75 SEK/set (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, shower towel, small towel). This is available in the cabin and is paid for in our digital house manual (by card) or by Swish according to the instructions in the cabin. Guest access You rent the entire property with the two cottages, a total of 9 beds. Please note that the small cabin with 4 beds is uninsulated and cannot be used in winter from September 1 to May 1. One car can be parked outside our house. Bordered by the cabins make forest, our property and two neighbors' plots. But there is some space around the cabin to stay on as well as a lovely terrace. From the cabin, a path leads to Värmdö shopping center, this is also used by us and the nearest two neighboring houses why we may walk past the cabins. You walk across our property to get to your car or down at Hästkroken. We have a garden with trampoline, swings and other things where your children are welcome to stay after some communication with us. We have a wooden deck with an above-ground pool that can be borrowed in the summer by agreement and as we do not use it ourselves. We have a heated hot tub that can be rented in the evening at an additional cost of SEK 300/2 hours (max 4 people). Contact us to book and we'll prepare for you. Other things to note Take the opportunity to explore Sandhamn, Möja, Grinda, Vaxholm or our beautiful capital. Within walking distance (10-15 minutes) you can enjoy the wonderful Grisslinge sea bath or Ösbyträsk nature reserve (forest, trails, lake, swimming, etc.). Värmdö shopping center is a 5-minute walk through the forest. There are shops and restaurants. From the bus stops Mölnvik or Mölnviksrondellen, you can get to Slussen in 20-30 minutes depending on the choice of bus.
