Casa Liberata is perfect for reconnecting with nature, isolated but 15 mins from the best beaches, cultural sites, restaurants, and opportunities for sailing, biking, hiking, climbing and paragliding by lakes Maggiore e Varese, and nearby mountains. Located in a tiny hamlet surrounded by forest on San Clemente hill, the site is ideal for remote working as well as getaway from cities. The apartment is comfortable for couples or families with one child (or 2 babies). small pets upon request. The space Casa Liberata is an ancient stone house entirely renovated respecting the original taste while ensuring all comforts. The accommodation entirely in use by the guests is on the first floor (external stairs) and consists of a living area with an equipped open kitchen, a kitchen table, and a sofa bed with two separate beds. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe with hangers, and a mirror. The bathroom connected to the main bedroom is equipped with a toilet with a bidet shower, a sink with a mirror, and a walk-in shower. Both the living room and bedroom have panoramic windows. Guest access Access to the house is via a 3km hill road into the wood, with hairpin bends at beginning, the last km is unpaved but almost flat and passable by any vehicle. However it requires confidence, but in the end you find heaven. Guests use the entire apartment on their own and can use the garden space (not fenced) equipped with table and chairs. There are no other guests staying in the house. Other things to note The last km of the Road is gravelled, but can be driven by any vehicle. However it could be tricky by motorbike if you have heavy luggages. Casa Liberata is located inside a special site protected for its habitat and wildlife.
