Nice cottage in rural setting

The cottage, or Bagarstugan as we call it, is located on a beautiful valley farm surrounded by a wonderful garden. Here is miles of views and peaceful location in the small village Utenåker about 6 km from Rättvik city center. Rättvik is wonderful both summer and winter. During the sports holiday weeks, there is access to most ski slopes. Rättvik's slalom slope (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås ski center (20 min), Romme (50 min). Nice cross-country ski trails and a plowed ice rink on Siljan when the ice has settled. The space The cottage has two floors. The lower floor has a hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Here is the exit to the private patio. In the room there is a sofa bed (2 people). The upper floor has a hall above the stairs with a single bed and a large separate bedroom with double bed and additional single bed. Travel bed/children's bed available. It is also possible to sleep in the shed outside your patio. There's a bunk bed. No extra costs. See the pictures. However, you need to check with the host beforehand if you wish to use the guest house, so that no one else on the farm intends to use it during your stay. The cottage has beautiful views of Tällberg, Siljan and views of greenery. Sometimes there are horses in the pasture in the field next door. Utanåker is a small, cute village about 6 km south of Rättvik city center. In the village there are chickens and cows. By car, it takes about 6 minutes to Rättvik city center and 15 minutes to Leksand city center. Guest access You as a guest have access to the entire cottage. Patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. There is a freezer and extra refrigerator in the storage room outside the cottage. Space for two cars next to the garage. There is no charging station.
