Designed for up to 5 guests, space includes two bedrooms and a versatile living room with an open kitchen, offering plenty of room to relax. The highlight? A rooftop balcony with a wonderful city view, where you will not be bothered. Perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or perhaps the night city view with a glass of wine. Fully equipped with all essentials, ideal for short and long stays. Property layout: One main bedroom with king size bed One bedroom with single bed Living room with couch (sofa bed) for up to 2 people Guest access Guest Access 🔑 Before arrival, please complete the electronic pre-arrival registration form. The keys will be handed to you in person when you arrive. Other Things to Note 📋 Registration: Please complete the electronic registration form before arrival. ✈️ Airport transfer: Available upon request, please provide your flight number. 🚗 Parking: Free parking is available in selected on-site spots from 18:00 to 08:00. Nearby parking is also available for 250 CZK per day. 🕒 Early check-in / late check-out: Available upon request, subject to availability and an extra fee. 🔑 Keys: One set of keys is provided per booking. Lost keys are subject to a €70 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. 🤫 Quiet hours: Between 22:00 and 06:00. 💙 We are here for you during your stay and happy to help if you need anything.
