Free WiFi The space This is a roomy house in a semi rural position ideal for family get togethers or a bridal party getting ready for the big day. (Convenient for Grange Fields wedding venue). With WiFi and ample work space it is also great for working away from home. Situated just off the village green of Lees a short stroll takes you to the Cow pub where you can order breakfast and evening meals or enjoy a pint. Other pubs and cafes are only a short drive away and we are surrounded by many footpaths for walks. We are only 30mins or so from attractions such as the Peak District national park, Alton Towers , Carsington water, Crich tramway village. The market town of Ashbourne, gateway to the Peak, famous for its shove Tuesday football match is only 9mls away. Kedleston Hall , approx 5mls and Calke Park 19mls are also within an easy drive. Derby city centre is 6.3 mls. We are quite centrally placed for access to many routes to all over the country. Festoon lights give that magical glow for late summer night chats outside. There is a BBQ in the shed for guests to use but you will need to bring your own charcoal. We politely ask guests to place the bbq on the grass rather than the patio to avoid grease spots. Further seating at the end of the garden to take full advantage of sunsets and views. -Some play equipment inc zip line. Please note that children should be supervised at all times if using the zip line. Guest access You have access to the whole property. Self check in with key safe. There are a couple of steps up to the door.
