The tax is €2 per person, per night, Charged for up to 7 nights max (€14 per guest) Only applies to guests aged 12 and over Children aged 12 and under are exempt ( we may ask for proof of age). We ask that you pay this tax at check-in please. In addition - as part of Portuguese law and the Schengen Agreement, we are required to collect some basic details from all guests (name, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, and country of residence). This is a legal requirement for all accommodations in Portugal and is submitted to AIMA (formerly SEF – Foreigners and Borders Service).
