Guest access Guest Access Information We want your stay to feel relaxed and easy. You’ll have full, private use of your accommodation, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. Access is through our electric gate, which has CCTV for extra peace of mind—perfect if you have a larger vehicle, are working locally, or are visiting Santa Pod or Silverstone. We can also accommodate trailers - work vans.. When you arrive, simply press the gate button and we’ll let you in. You’ll then be given a gate fob for quick and convenient access during your stay. We do live on-site, with our own private fenced areas, including our home. We kindly ask guests not to enter these spaces. If you need anything, please message us through this app and we’ll be happy to help. Our animals are much-loved family pets, but they’re not part of a holiday petting experience and take no responsibility if they nibble you ( goats). Thank you so much for your understanding. We hope you enjoy your stay! Other things to note Our accommodation is ideal for tradespeople and working professionals, especially those with large vehicles. We offer a secure electric gate entrance with CCTV. The gate is manually closed in the evenings for added security. We are conveniently located close to Santa Pod Raceway and an hour away from Silverstone, and we have ample space to accommodate large trailers and work vehicles. Rushden Lakes is just minutes away, offering a great choice of places to eat or meet up. However, please note that we do not allow additional guests or visitors on the premises. If you're interested in exploring the area, local walking routes can be found on Google Maps or footpath websites. We have three dogs who are kept securely behind private gates and fencing. For safety, please avoid reaching over or touching. You’ll likely hear our hens during the day, and may see our four goats playing in their private field. These animals are part of our family, and we kindly ask that you do not feed or approach them. Please stay behind all fencing and ensure gates are closed behind you at all times. Please be aware: We are not a petting farm or a holiday animal experience. We do not accept children, due to the nature of our working farm and the peaceful environment we maintain.
