The space This property is designed for people looking for comfortable, inexpensive, practical accommodation, located in a strategic point that makes it easy to visit the mountains, the park, the hermitages and the thousand enchanted places that Abruzzo offers, and in just over half an hour, to get to the beach and enjoy the sea. The house is ideal for summer stays as it remains cool thanks to the type of material (Majella stone) and for winter stays also thanks to the presence of an open fireplace that can be used for heating and grilling as well as making the atmosphere more pleasant.
