Our Obervolkach vacation home - simply cozy!

The cozy apartment (about 60 m²) is located on the 2nd floor of our old Franconian vacation home with a large garden in the old town center of Obervolkoch. The space Our apartment with its creaky floorboards and slanted ceilings and floors is comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and lots of plants. In the living room there is a smart TV (Netflix, etc.) and the sofa bed, as well as the refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. The small kitchen is very well equipped (but no dishwasher): high-performance mixer, man. juicer (AngelJuicer on request), egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mixer, toaster, basic spices, coffee filter, tea, etc...and has a pass-through window to the wood-paneled dining room. A small workplace with printer (LAN and landline phone on request) can be found in the bedroom or dining room. In the anteroom, which you share with us, there is a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, cleaning utensils and a large desk for undisturbed work overlooking the countryside. An 18-step wide external lattice staircase leads to the apartment. Well-behaved dogs (not digging) and cats are also welcome! The romantic perennial garden invites you to discover a cozy spot under the fruit trees, which invite you to relax undisturbed or barbecue (grill + fireplace). Alternatively, you will find a pallet sofa and terrace in the courtyard. Bicycles/motorcycles can be safely stored in the wooden shed. Parking space is right in front of the house. Other things to note In the bedroom, slightly lowered ceiling height, partially slanted creaking floorboards and ceilings.
