The space Welcome to my apartment! This delightful building offers eight comfortable apartments, providing a homely and authentic stay in the heart of La Alberca. Blending traditional stone and timber architecture with modern comforts, it’s an ideal place to experience the charm of this historic village while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The property with 106m2 is located on the 1st floor via stairs. This living room features wooden furniture and a lovely sitting area. A vintage TV, lace curtains, and warm lighting add to its rustic charm. This kitchen features wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and essential appliances, including an oven, a stove, a washing machine, and a microwave. A dining table with matching chairs adds a rustic charm to the space. There are two cosy bedrooms. The first one features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and the second one offers two inviting single beds, perfect for a restful stay. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
