Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. On the day of arrival, guests receive codes to enter the building and the apartment door, which allows them to check in at any time. Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect your neighbors and avoid making noise. No smoking: Smoking in the apartment is prohibited; it is only allowed outside in designated areas. No parties: Organizing parties and large social gatherings is not allowed. Number of guests: The apartment is intended for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Each additional person requires prior arrangement and may incur additional fees. Pets: We do not accept pets. Please respect this prohibition. Bike rental: Guests can rent bicycles upon prior request.
