Masseria Don Tommaso is a breathtaking, centuries-old stonehouse nestled in the countryside, just 2 km from Specchia—officially recognized as one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. It can host 10 people, 6 in the Masseria and 4 in the guesthouse. Surrounded by a lush one-hectare olive grove, the property offers a serene retreat with a private swimming pool. Ideally situated, the villa is close both to the rocky cliffs of the Adriatic coast and the pristine, sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea. The space The propetry includes the main house with three bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, and the guest house with its bathroom, a double bedroom and two single beds. Two out of three bedrooms have direct access to the garden too. There are plenty of fruits and olives trees, a swimming pool, a fully furnished garden, including BBQ, lounge chairs, and outdoor couches. The immediate surrounding is perfect for those who want to have an outdoor walk or make jogging. In fact, the house is in the middle of countless flat and narrow country roads used by very few cars. Within few kilometres you can enjoy small villages (Specchia, Ruffano and Tricase above all) where have dinner or stroll around and get a drink. The sea shore is also very close (less than 20 minutes by car) and you can choose either the sandy beaches or the rocky coast. Guest access Access is very easy because you can park directly on the property. Also, there are no stairs in the house. Other things to note This is a place if you like privacy and spend some quality time with your family and friends in a rural but elegant setting. Also, is a perfect spot if you like to have day trip to visit Salento.
