Quiet family house, surrounded by nature. Charming, comfortable and authentic farmhouse, recently restored, located in the golden triangle of Percheron, 159 km from Paris by the N12, in a locality just 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche where you will find many quality shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, a cinema and a typical market on Saturday morning. Bellême is 16 minutes away. The house has changed ownership but was already rented before, with great reviews. The space Once you pass the gates, you park near the large oak tree in the space reserved for cars behind the outbuilding. The path runs along the wall of the barn with its vineyard, then you discover the stone facade of this authentic Percheron farmhouse. Built with its back to a hamlet, the main facade faces south without facing the garden and beautiful views of the surrounding meadows. The farmhouse has retained its original materials while benefiting from the modernization essential to today's comfort. The farmhouse is surrounded by a 6400 m² garden with some fruit trees and two small ponds. In front of the house a large table and chairs for your lunches or dinners on sunny days. This family home has been redesigned and renovated while respecting the tradition of the materials. We have furnished and decorated it for ourselves and we would like to share it with you. We have brought real comfort thanks to good bedding, pleasant linens, two large and deep sofas, two wood stoves, a very functional and well-equipped kitchen with recent high-end elements. It also has a 55" flat screen TV, and a high-performance Wi-Fi network (ADSL). The main single-story house can accommodate up to 4 people. You will have an entire accommodation that consists of: An entrance serving a large living room of 40 m² (large flat screen) and an office area, a bedroom of 15 m² with a queen size bed 160 x 200, a dining kitchen of 25 m² (cooking piano with 6 induction hobs and its large oven of 90 cm, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) A wide corridor serving a 15 m² shower room, the 22 m² master bedroom with king size bed, a separate toilet with hand washbasin. A laundry room (access from outside) with washer and dryer. Access to the barn to pick up bikes, barbecue or outdoor games. We provide: bicycles including 2 adult mountain bikes, 2 skateboards, badminton (rackets, large net to be easily mounted), inflatable balls and goals, board games, barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol. Free outdoor parking on the property. Possible and free access to a tennis court (clay) in the village (2 km away) (bring your tennis rackets and balls). For the comfort of all, we do not accept animals and the house is non-smoking.
