Maple Leaf Bungalow -a charming home built in 1905

Charming 1905 Bungalow is perfect to relax and enjoy family. This is our family home where we make great memories and want to share this peaceful home with you. It has 1905 charm with updated touches. 2 bedrooms -2 queen beds, 1 bath, full kitchen - many extras. 3rd bedroom & dedicated work area is extra. Some teas and coffees to get you started. Free laundry facilities downstairs. The front porch is a quiet spot to watch the day go by or star gaze on the back deck. Short walk to downtown. The space We don't want to delay your stay - early check-in at noon and late checkout by noon so you can relax and have another cup of coffee on the porch. Spacious bedrooms and living room. A front covered porch. There are stairs to enter the home as well as stairs to the laundry. The backyard is fenced with a patio. Quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to historic downtown where you can shop and dine. 3rd bedroom & study area/ loft are an extra cost requiring 5-6 registered guests. Otherwise, the upstairs remains locked. The upstairs has a separate mini-split to heat and cool to your preferred temperature. No more than 2 dogs. Small to medium size - no greater than 40lbs. There is a charge for their stay, $40 per night/per dog. Dogs must be up to date on flea treatment. Dogs must be crated if left alone. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. No parties, events or family gatherings. This is a small home and accommodates up to 6 people. A brief visit by 1 -2 people is ok. Call me if you have further questions. You are responsible for any damages of property or incidentals during your stay. Guest access The basement is unfinished but has easy access to the laundry area. The loft/ 3rd bedroom and work area are an additional cost if guests selects 5-6 guests - otherwise, the upstairs is locked. Even if there are only 2 guests but you want the upstairs access - you will need to register a minimum of 5 guests. This covers additional costs for maintenance, cleaning and laundry. There are some personal areas that are not for guest use and are labeled or locked. The garage is not included for guest access. Other things to note This is a 120 year old home. Floors may be squeaky and a little slanted - but that's the charm. We continue work to bring back the old wood floors and trim - so this is a work in progress.
