To top it all off, you will be only a few blocks from the CBD! You could not ask for a better location. A gorgeous residence in a commanding position 1 min walk to Nicholson Street eateries and tram, and 5 min walk to St Georges Road eateries and tram. Double brick house with split system, the house is comfortable both in summer and winter. The house features very high ceilings, polished floorboards and natural light. The house is a single storey house with only 1 step to enter and 1 step into the bathroom. Open kitchen, dining and living room. Stylish kitchen (premium appliances and cabinetry). Kitchen has a fully stocked pantry to get you cooking should you desire. Bedrooms 2 x large Queen bedroom 2 x Double bedroom Beds - all beds are topped with natural latex mattress toppers renowned to promote health benefits and offer a good night's sleep. We use only flax linen and 1000 plus thread count sheets for an all natural and luxurious sleeping experience. We also have an array of pillows for you to choose from as well. Breakfast and pantry items - the pantry is stocked with cereals and a choice of milks ensure you’re able to have a quick breakfast before you head out for the day. We also supply a variety of tea and coffee options and cooking basics like oils and spices. House plants - the house abounds in natural indoor plants to purify the air and ofcourse keep the place looking great! The kitchen is chef’s kitchen with an arrange of cooking utensils and gadgets and our pantry is well stocked to make cooking up a storm if that takes your fancy. Dining - There is a 6 seater dining table perfect to host all of your guests! The bathrooms are stocked with high quality Aveda products for your bathing pleasure. Euro laundry with washer and dryer also includes cleaning and laundry products for guests staying a while longer. The laundry is located right next to the bathroom. Desks/Working spaces - There are several desks throughout the house should you need to check your emails or do more extensive work. We have high speed wifi as well. Aircon - keep the house cool in summer and Car parking - we have 1 street permit that allows you to park directly in front of the house for added convenience. There are plenty of 2 hr and all night parking spots available on the street as well. Families - There is plenty of space for families to spread out in the house and if you’re travelling with a baby/toddler we’ve got you covered with a portacot/change table (stored in the middle bedroom cupboard closest to the door). Please bring your own bedding for the portacot. Babies/Toddlers - We have a toddler’s potty (ensuite bathroom bottom drawer), toilet step (back bedroom cupboard) and a high chair (middle bedroom cupboard). There are plastic utensils and cutlery for the little ones in the kitchen cupboard under the microwave. There is the Edinburg Gardens about a 5 minute walk from across the road from the house and there are several playgrounds within 10 mins walk from the house. The Melbourne Museum provides both indoor and outdoor entertainment for little ones too. Gym - There are several gyms less than 5 min walk from the house. Please message me for more details. Pools - there are 4 pools nearby 1. Fitzroy pool about a 5 min walk from the house (50m laps). It is a very happening place in summer :) there’s are also 3 other community pools within 10 mins walk from the house. 2. There’s Melbourne city baths built in the 1800s - gorgeous space 3. Carlton baths - recently renovated 4. And Collingwood pool - an indoor 25m pool. We offer the following little extras to make your stay super special Cheese/charcuterie platters - we have many special delicatessens in the area and can create an amazing cheese/meat platter should you wish 4-6 ppl - $140 6-8 ppl $180 Chef onsite during your stay - if you are having a special function and would like a chef to cater onsite for it, please reach out for details. Cooking classes - we also offer onsite cooking classes, please reach out for details. Fresh flowers - we offer fresh flowers (of your choosing) or we’ll choose for you. Paintings - we have an ever evolving gallery of local artists displayed on our walls with price lists for paintings should you wish to purchase. Currently showcasing works by @bess_sheppard Cleaner during your stay - cleaner can be provided during your stay (recommended for longer stays). Includes whole house cleaned plus all beds remade and fresh linen and towels) ($300) We use a local cleaning service in between each booking to make sure our guests have a comfortable stay. The house is well stocked with baby and toddler equipment including: foldable travel cot/change table, bathroom step, high chair with removable tray, potty, plastic dinnerware, cutlery and cups.
